How many people, or no people at all. Healthy volunteers or a diagnosed group. Age, sex, and how they were chosen.

How much, how long
The amount used and for how many days or weeks. Whether it matches what a supplement could deliver.
- 03
What was measured
A lab marker, a sugar-ratio permeability test, a questionnaire. Whether the endpoint is something a person would notice.
- 04
What it did not show
The limits the authors state, who funded it, and what the study design cannot tell you no matter how it came out.
