A blend lets a label list five ingredients and print one number. You cannot tell whether the fourth ingredient is a working amount or a rounding error. Open Origin does not use them.

Why Open Origin
Four things we got tired of.
Spend enough time reading supplement labels, the listings they sit on, and the reviews underneath, and the same four problems keep turning up. Open Origin is a response to each of them.
Carrier weight sold as dose
Some actives arrive on carriers or as complexes where the active is a fraction of the milligrams. The label prints the big number. We print the net active amount and show the assay.
Ingredient studies quoted as product studies
A trial on an ingredient at one amount, in one group, for one endpoint, becomes a claim for a product that shares only the name. We cite the study, say what it measured, and say plainly that it was not on our formula.
Testing you have to take on faith
“Third-party tested” with no certificate is a sticker. Every Open Origin lot gets finished-product testing, and the certificate is published under the lot number printed on the jar.
